ANNOUNCEMENT
We wish to inform you that, pursuant to the provisions of the Cyprus Stock Exchange Laws, the Board of Directors of ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD will meet at the Company's central offices on Thursday, 10 November 2016, at 9.30a.m., to examine and approve the content of the Interim Management Statement of the Group, which will be prepared and published in accordance with Article 11 of the Transparency Requirements (Securities Admitted to Trading on a Regulated Market) Law of 2007.
