What we cover

This is a cover usually offered to corporate clients and covers the Insured against legal liability to pay compensation in respect of:

a. Bodily injury to, or illness of any person
b. Loss or damage to property
c. All costs of any litigation

The policy is subject to a limit indemnity for

i. Any one Accident or series of accidents arising out of one event
ii. Any one Period of Insurance
