| ANNOUNCEMENT ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD announces that at its meeting of 22 June 2017, the Company's Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Loukis Ioannou new member of the Board. Mr. Loukis Ioannou is the Group's CFO since August 2008. He holds a BA (Econ) Accounting & Finance - First Honors degree from the University of Manchester (1991) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales since 1994, a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of UK since 1995 and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1996.
