| ANNOUNCEMENT Nicosia, 17 July 2015 Re: Profit Warning for the 1st Half of 2015 Pursuant to the Laws and Regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD wishes to inform its shareholders and investors in general that the profits of ALANTIC Group for the first half of 2015 are expected to be decreased compared to the corresponding period of last year. The decrease in the Group's profits is mainly due to the decrease in the net earned premiums, the increase in the claims margin and the decrease in profits from investments.
