Atlantic: Annual Bulletin for the period 03.05.2012 – 29.04.2013
Pursuant to the provisions of article 17 of the Public Offer and Prospectus Law N.114(I)2005 and the SEC Circular EO1/2006 dated January 24, 2006, we submit the Annual Bulletin of ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD for the period from May 3, 2012 – April 29, 2013.

The Annual Bulletin refers to all the information that was made available to the public during the period from May 3, 2012 – April 29, 2013 and which, arises from the obligations imposed by the relevant laws and regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Companies Law Cap. 113, regarding the briefing of shareholders and investors generally by Atlantic Insurance Company (Public) Ltd.

The Company announces that it complies with the general obligations that arise from the laws and regulations in force relating to companies listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange. In particular it announces to the Cyprus Stock Exchange all significant information capable of assisting the shareholders of the Company and the public in general to evaluate as best as possible its position and the value of its listed titles.

The Company maintains all such published information, for the benefit of the investing public, at its registered office, 15 Esperidon, 2001 Strovolos.  This information can also be found at the Company’s website, www.atlantic.com.cy.
