  • Q2. Am I covered for a claim submitted within the insurance period which relates to an event preceeding that period? A2. Yes, provided that the incident giving rise to the claim occured after the retroactive date. A retroactive date is the date from which you have held uninterrupted professional indemnity insurance cover (even if you changed insurer during this time) or a date in the past from which your insurer has agreed to cover you. Any claims that arise from events prior to this date are not covered by your insurance.
  • Q3. I am a doctor registered under GESY. Does your policy meet the legal requirements?A3. Yes, our policy meets the minimum legal requirements. Higher limits can be offered upon request.
