Pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Laws and Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Atlantic Insurance Company Public Ltd will meet on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 10.30 am to examine and approve the Annual Report and the Audited Financial Statements of the Group and the Company for the year ended December 31, 2014 as well as to set the date for the Annual General Meeting. |
