ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD announces that at its meeting of of 3 March 2017, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Charalambos Alexandrou, non-executive director of the Company, as new member of the Audit Committee in the place of George Pyrishis. The new composition of the Audit Committee is therefore as follows:
