| Nicosia, 9 January 2017 ANNOUNCEMENT Pursuant to the provisions of the law on transparency requirements concerning information on issuers whose securites have been admitted to trading on a regulated market, we wish to inform you that we have been notified by Bank of Piraeus S.A. that, on 28 December 2016, its indirect holding in Atlantic Insurance through Bank of Piraeus (Cyprus) Ltd has decreased from 19.91% to 3.50%.
