| ANNOUNCEMENT Nicosia, 31 December 2015 Re: Profit Warning for 2015 Pursuant to the Laws and Regulations of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD wishes to inform its shareholders and investors in general that, based on the information available up to this day, the consolidated profits of ATLANTIC Group for 2015 are expected to be slightly decreased compared to the results of the previous year.
