Mr. Loukis Ioannou holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance (First Class honours) from the University of Manchester. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He worked for 8 years with the audit firm KPMG in the UK and Cyprus. He has extensive professional experience in financial management having served for many years as a business and financial consultant as well as a CFO of various publicly listed companies. He is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Atlantic Insurance since 2008 and an executive member of the Board of Directors since 2017. He is also a member of the Board of Atlantic Securities since 2001.
