Astrobank's share reduction
In view of better informing shareholders and investors in general, Atlantic announces that Astrobank Public Company Ltd which holds a percentage over 5% in the Company's capital, sold on 15 September 2025 through pre-agreed transactions 434,100 shares in Atlantic at EURO 2.30.
During the period from 21 March 2025 to 15 September 2025, Astrobank Public Company Ltd sold in total 1,11 million shares in Atlantic, which resulted in its holding being decreased from 9.99% to 7.15%.
