Astrobank's share reduction - 23.09.2025
In order to better inform its shareholders and investors in general, Atlantic Insurance Company Public Ltd wishes to announce that in the period from 16 to 19 September 2025, Astrobank Public Company Ltd, which holds more than 5% of the Company's share capital, sold based on pre-agreed transactions 653,500 shares of Atlantic at the price of 2.30 euros.
As a result, the participation of Astrobank Public Company Ltd in Atlantic's share capital decreased to 5.47%.
