Changes in the composition of committees and reporting officer (10.09.2020)
ATLANTIC INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD announces that, on 9 September 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors decided to proceed to the following changes in the composition
of the Board of Directors’ committees:
Audit Committee
Mr. Menicos Messios, independent non-Executive Director, was appointed Chair of the Audit Committee, in replacement of Mr. Panayiotis Mallis, who retired from the Board of Directors on
2 September 2020.
The new composition of the Audit Committee is therefore as follows:

Menicos Messios – Independent non-Executive Director
Member
Charalambos Alexandrou – Non-Executive Director
Appointments Committee
Mr. Menicos Messios, independent non-Executive Director, was appointed Member of the Appointments Committee in replacement of Mr. Panayiotis Mallis who retired from the Board.
The new composition of the Appointments Committee is therefore as follows:

Triantafyllos Lysimahou – Non-Executive Director
Members
George Pyrishis – Non-Executive Director
Menicos Messios – Independent non-Executive Director
Reporting Officer
In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Menicos Messios (independent non-Executive Director) as Reporting Officer.
